Relaxo, a well-known global shoe company from India, wanted to improve how it makes shoes by using automation. To achieve this, Relaxo required a smart system to upgrade its technology and increase production speed. Laravel India helped by creating and setting up a custom automation system that gave immediate access to important information about materials and production. Our system was designed to work well with the current setup, making operations more efficient and allowing better teamwork between various parts of the company.

Our Roadmap

To successfully address the issues faced by Relaxo, Laravel India took a careful and planned approach to creating a personalized automation solution. We aimed to improve Relaxo’s production processes by smoothly combining advanced automation technologies. Needs Assessment

We began by doing a detailed review of Relaxo's current production methods and technology systems. Our group worked closely with Relaxo to learn about their particular requirements and aims for automation. We made sure everyone understood the project's limits and targets.

Specialized Automation Development

Following the needs assessment, we created a tailored automation plan that tackled Relaxo's specific problems. This involved designing an automation setup that offered better features. Our plan aimed to boost efficiency and simplify work processes using modern technology.

Bring Into Live Mode

We combined the new automated system with Relaxo's existing production setup, making sure that the ongoing work was not affected much. The combination involved giving real-time access to data and automatic updates to keep all departments in the loop.

Checking and Improving

After setting up the system, we did thorough testing to make sure it met all the needs and worked well. We concentrated on finding and fixing any problems to improve how it works. This part included checking the accuracy of real-time data and the system's dependability.

The Problem

Relaxo had issues with its old way of making products, which used a lot of human work and didn't show information as it happened.
