The Problem

A major challenge was the manual documentation process for waste management. This led to poor team communication, data loss, and increased operational costs. But we also had to make sure to implement the right software application that can automate data collection and forecast future costs.

Additionally, the client struggled with tracking the location of vehicles transporting solid waste to the dumping yard.

They also lacked real-time tracking and predictive maintenance capabilities for the vehicles.

1. Difficult Integration Needs:

Merging different automation parts with Relaxo’s current production methods was very tricky and needed careful thought and action.

2. Communication Shortage

The lack of cross platform mobile app worked as the biggest loophole to communicate with the team members. We offered seamless and secure transmission to communicate with user information.

Results

We created a special automation system that made manufacturing more efficient by automating everything from start to finish. By improving processes from making products to managing them, we helped Relaxo increase their productivity and how well they operate.

As the technology partner, we provided our client with an effective waste management solution through a comprehensive mobile application. This app covers the entire waste management process, from collection and recycling to disposal.

The app also serves all stakeholders involved—Waste Collectors, Ward Managers, Drivers/Helpers, Material Recovery Managers, and City Admins and each with tailored features that contribute to a streamlined waste management process.

Additionally, we developed a database to organize and store all the data generated by app users.
